Conway Embroidery has designed and created some fabulous custom Madison Rec “Merch”, and is donating a portion of the proceeds to support Madison Rec programs and events..

Each style will come with the Madison Rec logo:

Payments of cash or check are accepted.  Please make checks payable to Conway Embroidery.  Cash or Checks may be dropped of at Madison Town Hall at 1923 Village Road or to Mrs. O’Donnell at Madison Elementary School.
